What are your exchange and return policies and procedures?

As an Elisin customer, you are valued because our customers' satisfaction and expectations are important to us; therefore, you have an exchange and return guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can send the purchased product or products back for exchange or return within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided they are in their original packaging, unused, and the tags have not been removed.

How can I perform an Exchange or Return?

• Presentation of the invoice is mandatory for returns and exchanges; otherwise, no action will be taken.
• Return or exchange procedures are handled via WhatsApp. You can reach us at our line: 0 542 135 4746.
• Using the information provided via WhatsApp, you can easily send the products to us through any Mng Kargo branch.
• Once your shipment reaches us, you can order the products you want from www.elisin.com.tr using the gift voucher we will provide to create your exchange order.

Will I be responsible for the exchange and return shipping costs?

• If the purchased product reached you in a defective or incorrect manner, we cover the shipping fee if you use our contracted cargo company when sending the product to our address. We do not cover shipping fees if the return is sent via a different cargo company.
• If the purchased product is not defective or incorrect, the shipping fee belongs to the customer.

How many days does the refund process take?

• Refunds are processed within 14 business days after your return shipment reaches us.
• If you made an online payment, the refund will be reflected on the card you used for payment.
• If you made a payment at the door, the refund will be made to the IBAN information you provide to us.

Can I return or exchange a product purchased from your website at your physical store?

The return and exchange process for products purchased from our website is conducted only through the online center.
