As Elisin, in our capacity as the data controller, through our call centers, written communication channels, social media pages, mobile communication channels, in-store communication channels, and/or any other channels; your personal and/or special categories of personal data obtained with your consent may be fully or partially obtained, recorded, saved, stored, modified, updated, periodically checked, rearranged, classified, or retained for the period required for the purpose for which they are processed or as stipulated in the relevant law. They may be shared with or transferred to private/legal entities Elisin works with, public institutions and organizations it is legally liable to, and/or relevant third-party real/legal persons residing in Turkey or abroad, and may be transferred abroad in case of legal or service-related requirements.

3. Transfer of Personal Data
Elisin may share your personal data only based on your explicit consent or within the framework of security and confidentiality principles specified in the Law, provided that adequate precautions are taken domestically and necessary security measures are taken abroad, for the purposes of carrying out Company activities, ensuring the business relationship between data owners and our customers, providing services, opportunities, and possibilities, and increasing service quality. This sharing may include our group companies, business partners, customers we have agreements with as per our activities, suppliers, audit firms, or public institutions and organizations authorized to request this data due to a legal obligation, including but not limited to other relevant authorities.
4. Rights of the Personal Data Owner under Article 11 of the LPPD Law
Elisin will respond to the following requests of the relevant persons:
a) Learning whether Elisin processes personal data relating to them and which personal data is processed,
b) Receiving information regarding the purposes of the processing activity,
c) Knowing the third parties to whom Elisin transfers personal data domestically or abroad,
d) Requesting correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
e) Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data in accordance with the Law,
f) Requesting that the operations performed be notified to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred, in case of a request for correction, deletion, or destruction of personal data,
g) Objecting to the occurrence of a result against the person themselves by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems, and
h) Receiving a copy of their personal data.
